Hello, I'm Zoe
Virtual Assistant & Web Designer
I became a virtual assistant and website designer, drawing my experience from 18 years across a variety of industries which included work such as office management, client account management, website maintenance and business development.
I embarked on this business after realising my passion for organising and experience could help other businesses, allowing them to grow and thrive with my support, and I love what I do.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science form Queens University Belfast, it was here I developed my interests and first experience in Web Design. I also hold other more specific industry qualifications such as NEBOSH Health and Safety, Sage Payroll, Digital Marketing, Web design and much more.
me on a personal level
I am a mum of two and live with my partner, 2 children and Black Labrador. All of which were my inspiration of starting my own business with the goal of being able to have a Work life balance and also do what I love.
I have always had a passion for organising and getting to work with other people and their business and create a bespoke service that benefits the client whilst carrying out projects I love is a dream come true.

how do i work?
Get in touch and we can arrange a good time to discuss your requirements and how I can help.
We can do this via phone, email, Zoom or if you are around the Belfast area we can chat over coffee.
Once a solution is tailored to your needs and you wish for me to carry out tasks/ project then a contract will be put in place to protect us both.
I am available to visit onsite within 10 miles radius of Belfast should it be required, however most work is carried out remotely using cloud software that is secure or using Email.
Depending on your needs and requirements, a bespoke package can be agreed so that is competitively priced allowing your business to save money.
From Project based prices, retainer monthly packages, hourly packages to adhoc prices all with flexibility in mind.
