Founded in 1973 by pharmacist, Tom George Eakin, who was determined to develop a solution for his patients suffering with irritated and painful skin as a result of leaking urostomy pouches. After a number of years, he perfected the formulation, and the eakin Cohesive® seal was born. This started our journey to always put patient need at the forefront of everything we do. Eakin Healthcare products and services are now available in over 50 countries internationally and we have employees in 9 countries with sites and subsidiaries in the UK, Netherlands, France, Japan and Germany.
