we book in a 15 minute Zoom consultation call is where we’ll discuss your project and what you’re hoping to achieve during our day working together.
This is your opportunity to see if I’m the right designer for you and whether a Design Day is the right fit for your website goals. If we’re both happy to move forward, we’ll choose a date for planning consultation call and a day that works for you.
What does the personalised to do list and call include?
Our Zoom consultation call is where we’ll discuss your project and formulate a plan and a to do list

What happens on the Design Day?
the magic begins…with dedicated time on your project I will begin on the to do list
all I ask from you is that you be available via email in case I need to ask you any questions or send you anything to review
What happens on handover?
I will send you list of what was completing and anything else you need to know about the changes
What kind of after-support do I get?
you will get retainer for any updates or tweaks in the 30 days past the date of the intensive day
1 hour retainer for half day and 2 hour retainer for full day
What are the payment terms?
After the initial consultation and you want to go ahead full cost will be due to book this in before we do to do list and call.

Any changes to the task list must be requested before the Design Day begins.
✅ Your Design Day
The Design Day is a focused, time-based service—typically 4 or 8 hours, depending on your booking.
Work will be completed in priority order based on your approved task list.
While I aim to complete as much as possible, results depend on the complexity of tasks.
Additional time or tasks beyond the booked hours may require a new booking.
✅ Project Handover
You’ll receive a summary of all completed work and any unfinished items.
I may provide suggestions for future improvements if applicable.
Final deliverables are sent within 48 hours of project completion.
✅ After Support
Includes 30 days of email support for small tweaks and follow-up questions related to completed tasks.
Support does not include new features, redesigns, or tasks outside the original scope.
Requests must be reasonable in scope and submitted during the support window.
